    What are the shipping options?

    Shipping options are determined per product and are available under the product's description. We currently offer free shipping on select products/destinations.

     

    What are the international taxes/duties are applied at checkout?

    Taxes are based on stock location/nexus for the current product and changes with product and inventory updates. For the current stock no taxes should be applied during checkout. This is subject to change.

     

    When will I receive my order?

    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via domestic courier. Expect a maximum 10 - 15 day total shipping and handling time.

     

    What do I do if I never received my order?

    Be sure to check your tracking number once your item has shipped. If after 15 days there are no tracking updates or you have not received your items, contact us immediately for prompt resolution.

     

    What do I do if I received a defective order?

    Contact us right away and we'll be glad to refund or replace the item.

     

    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    Changes to an existing order can only be made prior to shipment. Once your items are shipped you must wait to received the items and we'll be able to assist you with returns or exchanges from there.

     

    How do I track my order?

    Once shipped you will receive a tracking number you will use to track your package en-route to delivery.

     

    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship internationally but charge a shipping fee for destinations outside the US. Delivery times will also increase for these destinations.
