We have a 10-day return policy, which means if you are unhappy with the product for any reason you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return label. A 25% restocking fee applies.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged in any way. The item will be inspected after we receive it to determine refund eligibility.
Only one item of the same product per order is eligible for return.
Purchases made on a "special offer" or one-time offer basis, with the assistance of a company rep, are not eligible for return. Examples include one-time half off discounts, free expedited shipping, or partial credit back on original purchase price of an item.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also initiate a return from your order confirmation page which you can find a link to in your inbox.
From there we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with returns related questions at email@example.com
Note: Returns must be dropped off at your courier no more than 3 days after your return label is emailed to you. If you are unable to do so the return label will be canceled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used or washed items will not be accepted for return, in addition to items that are not packaged in original packaging and condition.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be immediately refunded on your original payment method. Please remember this can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
