1. General Overview & Agreement

We offer this website, including all information, products, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Products, Sizing & Weight Limits

We make every effort to display the colors, features, dimensions, and materials of our products as accurately as possible.

• Weight & Dimension Ratings: Specified weight limits (e.g., Up to 18 lbs for Medium carriers) and dimensions are guidelines designed for pet safety and airline compatibility.
• Airline Approval Disclaimer: While our carriers are designed to conform to standard under-seat dimensions (e.g., 18" L x 10.5" W x 10.5" H), airline under-seat space varies by aircraft type and seat tier. Customers are responsible for verifying specific airline regulations prior to travel.
• Price & Availability: Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders, Billing & Payment Processing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. When you place an order:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• Payment must be rendered at the time of purchase via authorized payment channels (Shopify Payments, credit card, Apple Pay).
• In the event of an order cancellation or quantity limit change, we will notify you via the email address or billing contact provided.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. Title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for delays resulting from carrier issues, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

• Returned carriers must be clean, free of pet hair, scent, or signs of wear.
• Waste bag boxes must be unopened and intact to qualify for returns.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon inspection and receipt at our warehouse.

6. Safe Pet Travel & Limitation of Liability

Pet safety is our primary focus. However, pet parents are solely responsible for supervising their pets while using our products.

• Safety Tether Clip: You must always secure the interior safety collar clip to your pet's harness when the carrier top zipper is unzipped or rolled open.
• Limitation: Chic Pet Bags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper carrier use, unauthorized pet escape, or failure to follow pet safety instructions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, product design patents, trade dress, imagery, and software—is the property of Chic Pet Bags and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or state/federal courts located in Delaware.
